Wedding Planning Consultation
The initial one and a half to two hour consultation consists of a meeting with the wedding couple and any others who may be assisting in making wedding decisions. During the meeting your bridal consultant will discuss the type of services available through Posh Events and Rentals. Additionally, you will be offered budgeting guidance and an opportunity to receive answers to any questions you may have to get your planning started in the right direction. The bridal consultant will provide you with wedding planning worksheets and a listing of preferred vendors. If you do not plan to hire a wedding consultant, no worries, this is a good opportunity to share ideas with a planning professional and receive valuable input regarding your event.
Premium Wedding Package
This package consists of the budgeting session, location of ceremony and reception sites, rehearsal and ceremony coordination and reception coordination.
Gold Wedding Package
This package consists of all of the a la carte services offered in the premium wedding package, along with reception decoration and one additional coordination hostess.

Budgeting Session
Posh Events and Rentals is a firm believer in getting your bang for your buck. Our budgeting session will provide tips and tricks to planning an elegant event on a budget. We will sit down with you show you how to achieve the most elegant wedding within your budget.
Location, location, location! Posh Events and Rentals understands that securing the perfect venue can be a bit of a hassle. As with any special event it takes time to prepare and most of the best facilities and venues are booked up to a year and a half in advance. Allow us to help you secure that special location. We will search through our extensive database to secure the perfect venue that best match your style, personality, specifications and budget.

Rehearsal/Ceremony Coordination

Coordinating events can be a bit overwhelming at times. Allow Posh Events and Rentals to take some of the stress off of your hands by provide supervision and management for your special event. We assist with minimal decorating, coordination with vendors and offer support with any forgotten or emergency details. We also gather and package all decorations used for your special event and assist with guest management. Additionally, we assist the caterer by ensuring enough food is being served and guests with special dietary needs are being accommodated.

Event Planning Consultation
Posh Events and Rentals understands that occasionally, our clients need help "getting started".Our consultations involve listening to your goals and objectives for your event. We will provide ideas and recommendations appropriate for your guests and your budget. Additionally, we can create a complete "event plan" for you so that you can follow the details throughout the day. Premium Event Package
This package consists of the budgeting session, location of event and event coordination.
Gold Event Package
This package consists of all of the a la carte services offered in the premium event package, along with event decoration and one additional coordination hostess.
Reception/Event
Set-up/Decoration
Allow Posh Events and Rentals to add their 'posh' touch to your reception by decorating your site with the decorations provided according to your specifications. Our
set-up/decorating process includes but is not limited to the set-up of the following items: guest book, gift tables, favor placement, centerpiece placement, set-up and decoration of cake/desert table, and small rental equipment (arch, ficus trees, etc.), and name cards on tables.
Wedding & Event Decorating
Posh Events and Rentals takes pride in its ability to decorate. Allow us to set-up and decorate your event site with the decorations provided by the client according to your specifications. We will ensure that tables are set-up according to your plan and that the facilities upkeep exceed your expectations. Our event decorating process includes but is not limited to the set-up of the following items: favors, programs, announcements or menu’s, centerpieces, small rental equipment, reserved cards and name cards on tables.
Additional Coordination Hostess
Our Full-Service, Day-of-the-Wedding, Rehearsal/Ceremony and Reception Coordination only allows for one primary coordinator and one assistant to attend your event. However, events can sometimes consist of many different activities which may require an extra pair of hands. As a result, Posh Event and Rentals does offer additional coordination hostess for your special day.
